The first 2-3 days that I took Eleviv, I noticed that I was feeling like I had too much caffeine and a bit anxious. I then took only one Eleviv for a few days and did not have any coffee on those days. This seemed to work. I now an taking 2 in the morning and can have my normal 1 cup of coffee a day.
I understand that the green tea in the Eleviv is decaffeinated, so why was I feeling so jittery and anxious?
Thanks
